SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship internationally.
Costs: We are an intermediary – an e-commerce platform to purchase our Brands’ goods, therefore shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen item(s).
Time: For a simplified logistic process items are dispatched directly from the brands we work with across the globe, therefore delivery options including destinations and times may vary.
The ready-to-wear order will be shipped within 3 working days from the purchase placement. Exact delivery times for a particular product will be confirmed to you once an Order Confirmation e-mail has been sent to you and the products have been dispatched.
The made-to-order items need additional production time, that is displayed in the description on the product page. Those items take extra time to be delivered and you will receive an email when your order is ready to go.
Please note that an international order might have to go through customs processing which may cause delays in delivery that are outside of our control. Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to work with Brands to ensure that delays are kept to a minimum, neither CultRite nor the Brands will be responsible for delays caused by customs controls.
All shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during the checkout process and displayed clearly to you on before completing your purchase. Please note that delivery costs may occasionally be included within the purchase price and we will specify when this is the case.
Additionally, customs may charge duty on products imported into your country. The purchase price for each product on our Site includes local taxes that will be charged on import. Please note that neither CultRite nor the Brands will be responsible for any additional customs charges that your country may impose on the import of your products.
You have up to 8 calendar days from the date you received an item to make a return and refund request where the item is not subject to the conditions of a return and refund under our buyer protection and trade assurance policy. To be eligible for a return under our return and refund policy, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging together with all accessories and have the labels or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges at the moment, but we constantly working on improving your customer experience.
To return and request a refund,
- Log in to your account,
- Go to “Orders” in your dashboard,
- Select “Refund” under the specific order you wish to request a refund for,
- Fill in all the details, and submit your return and refund request.
Refunds: Once your item(s) is/are received by the brand, it/they will be inspected. You will receive notification that your returned item(s) has/have been received. You will immediately be notified of the status of your refund after the item has been inspected.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or the payment method used.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s) where the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of CultRite. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
