“CLEAR TO RAIN” is named for a term of the weather forecast which states two perspectives of the brand concept——Nature and Change. Our brand embraces the association with nature, also focusing on the individual spirit under social alteration. We explore free fashion expression to show our true-self with confidence, enthusiasm, and more fun.
We draw inspiration from social culture and life, capturing individual emotions and reflecting the consciousness during social changes. We create bold, distinct, modern styles, using eco-friendly and degradable fabrics, emphasizing making good use of functional fabrics, and applying new techniques to the design.
We care about environmental change, pursuing to understand the world with an authentic and organic view and extending creativities based on sustainability.
Meet the designer
With a major in Business Management from the University of Liverpool and Fashion Design in IFA Paris, Fiona participated in the protégé program of Conde Nast. She then later launched her fashion show "Melting Neon". This becomes her inspiration in launching her independent fashion brand, Clear to Rain, which promotes green and sustainable fashion.
